This year I decided it would be fun to finally learn how to skateboard or at least feel comfortable riding around on a skateboard at a skate park. Lucky me my awesome snowboard friend Shannan Yates is a pro at skateboarder. She actually competed on the Warp Tour in Vert Skating. Pretty cool! Anyways, this Fall we met up and skated at various parks in the middle of the day (skate parks are empty when kids are at school) and helped push me to drop in, work on my street skills and she started to find her rhythm again too.
