The Annual Salute to Women in Sports by the Women's Sports Foundation is my most favorite event of the year. I love traveling to NYC, taking the subway or Uber to Manhattan, checking into the hotel and playing the city lifestyle to its fullest. Now, that I am plant-based athlete I love checking out all the restaurants and finding all the vegan spots. There is so many to choose from and my favorite app to find vegan restaurants is called "Happy Cow." It shows you a map and directions on how to get to the closest plant-based restaurants. In addition, to all the food, I love shopping for my annual dress and getting all glammed up. This year I had the chance to fly in early and meet up with Eddie Wunderlich and Erica Wright at Dop Dop Salon in Soho. They gave me a cut and color that was much needed. In addition, they worked the athlete beauty suite and this is where most of the footage came from. Let me know what you think and I can't wait for next year.
