I have never been much of a runner until after having kids. Running became an easy way to get my adrenaline out, clear my mind, get me fit and a chance to groove to my favorite music. That being said, I haven't competed in many running events. But this summer I got the opportunity to par take in the GoPro Mountain Games Mud Run in Vail, Colorado and I am now going to sign up for something like every year! It was so much fun. You get muddy at the start and the obstacles are the main event and we didn't even run that much, but it still got your blood moving. Please, enjoy the video : )
